Seller responsibility

Sellers must have the right to list and sell every item, describe it honestly, use their own or licensed images, disclose material defects, and ship what the buyer ordered. Identity and business verification may be required before selling.

Prohibited goods and conduct

Yourket should not be used for illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, exploitative, or regulated goods. Harassment, fraud, manipulation of reviews, evasion of moderation, sexual exploitation, and attempts to move transactions off-platform are prohibited.

• No child sexual abuse material or sexualized content involving minors—ever.
• No weapons, controlled substances, trafficking, sexual services, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• No hate, threats, doxxing, impersonation, scams, or deceptive health claims.

Orders, returns, and disputes

A production checkout must show the total price, fulfillment promise, seller identity, return policy, and dispute path before payment. Buyers and sellers need clear status updates, evidence upload, deadlines, and human review for escalations.

Moderation and appeals

Listings may be held, limited, or removed when they violate law or marketplace rules. Production notices should state the reason, policy basis, evidence category, and appeal path. Automated decisions should have human escalation for meaningful disputes.

Changes and contact

Rules should be versioned, dated, and presented before material changes take effect. The final service needs a legal entity, jurisdiction, support channel, seller disclosures, and accessible complaint process before accepting real transactions.
